Publiée le : 23 October 2006

The National School of Public Health (ENSP) is to hold its 22nd intervention epidemiology course (IDEA) in October and November 2006.

The 22nd session of this international training course will be held in Vichy from 23 October to 11 November 2006. The course is a joint initiative of ENSP and the French Health Watch Institute (InVS), in collaboration with the alumni association, Epiter, the Assistance Publique-Hôpitaux de Paris and the Institute of Tropical Medicine of the French Army Health Corps (IMTSSA). The course, open to foreign health-sector students and professionals involved in the practice of epidemiology, aims to provide the theoretical and practical tools needed to address situations having an adverse impact on human health. The ultimate goal is to equip public health professionals to employ intervention epidemiological methods in day-to-day medical practice.
