Composition

Members

Like other public interest groups, GIP SPSI incorporates a certain number of founding members:

• Ministry of Health and Solidarity
• Ministry of Foreign Affairs
• Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry
• Agency for the Development and Coordination of International Relations (ADECRI) whose members include the national social security funds and the National Centre of Higher Social Security Studies (CNESSS)
• National School for Public Health (ENSP)
• French Hospital Federation (FHF)
• National Federation of French Mutual Benefit Societies (FNMF)

In addition to the founding members, and for the purpose of implementing the provisions of the founding agreement, the GIP’s General Assembly may accept other public or private organisations as members.

Partners

GIP SPSI is supported by a number of partners who contribute to its funding and provide input on cooperation projects in the health and social welfare sphere. They include many of the funds that make up France’s social security system:

• National Health Insurance Fund (CNAM)
• National Family Fund (CNAF)
• National Old Age Pension Fund (CNAV)
• Central Agricultural Workers’ and Farmers’ Mutual Benefit Fund (CCMSA)
• Social Security Scheme for the Self-employed (RSI)
• Health Insurance Fund for Self-employed Non-agricultural Workers (CANAM)
• Miners’ Social Security Fund (CANSSM)
• Church Insurance Fund For Old-age, Disability and Sickness Benefits (CAVIMAC)
